The RubyWorks Production Stack support is packaged on a per incident
basis. ThoughtWorks will dedicate up to 8 hours to
solve incoming incident requests.
Once an incident is reported to our support team, ThoughtWorks will
begin working on problem resolution within the response time specified
by the
ThoughtWorks
Support Agreement.
