Support is available for the ThoughtWorks Studios RubyWorks and JRuby offerings on an incidents basis.

The RubyWorks Production Stack Support

The RubyWorks Production Stack support is packaged on a per incident basis. ThoughtWorks will dedicate up to 8 hours to solve incoming incident requests.

Once an incident is reported to our support team, ThoughtWorks will begin working on problem resolution within the response time specified by the ThoughtWorks Support Agreement.

  • Configuration
  • Runtime Problems
  • Functional Bugs
  • Exceptions
