Project Collaboration: One Shared Workspace

Do your projects slip because Developers, Testers and Business Experts are not on the same page? Mingle provides a shared workspace for your entire team. Card walls, wikis and updates over RSS feeds and email make team collaboration more effective, reducing delivery risk. Mingle can be used by everyone on a team, and not just the Project Manager.

A Tool for the Entire Team

With Mingle, Developers, Testers, Business Experts and Project Managers do not have to bounce back and forth between different spreadsheets, other documents and email, to get real-time project information. The entire team has a single place to share all project output, no matter where team members are located.

Get extensive real-time information with customizable Card Walls: who’s working on what, what has already been worked on, and what is yet to be worked on. Use Card Walls to track cards representing user stories, defects, tasks, risks/issues, etc. To re-prioritize or change the owner of a card, simply drag and drop cards across swim lanes in a Card Wall, and let Mingle handle the rest.

Project Documentation

Gathering requirements, discussing solutions and exchanging documentation is crucial to the success of your project. Develop rich requirements, post important project information (such scope and calendar) using Mingle's built-in wiki, which supports rich formatting and attachments. Enable even future team members to understand the thinking behind changes with the help of Comments and History associated with each story card.

Alerts via RSS and Email

When team members have instant access to changing information, getting work done is easier. Stay updated on the status of a card, a customized card wall view, or even the whole project, by way of RSS feeds and email in Mingle. For example, a Tester on your team may choose to be alerted whenever a particular story card is "Development Complete."
