Mingle provides a convenient way to track project status. A look at the card wall can give Project managers a quick project overview. For detailed information on the current project situation, they can use the available filters.
The number beside each point corresponds to the respectively numbered call-out.
Track project status
- Arranging story cards in a convenient way provides a bird’s-eye view of the project. PMs can also click on an individual card to see details. Cards may be grouped and sorted by any custom property such as Status, Type or Complexity.
These custom views allow for immense flexibility while managing projects. Custom views (as in the example above) can be saved as tabs, so that a PM can return to a view easily. In this example, the view (tab) is called "Current Iteration".
- Cards may be filtered by any property, so that the PM can see exactly the information he needs. In this example, the card wall has been filtered by Iteration #5 and Release #2. Mingle shows only the relevant cards (this can also be made part of the custom view).
- Coloring cards by a property (in this example “Type”) provides an added visual dimension.
