Mingle 2.0 allows Developers to break down complex stories into simpler tasks. Keep track of the
relationship between tasks and stories. It is possible to roll up effort and other metrics from tasks to stories.
The number beside each point corresponds to the respectively numbered call-out.
Use card trees
- Configure a card tree to have a hierarchy such as above (Story --> Task). Then add tasks to already existing stories.
- Create aggregations which will roll up metrics from tasks to stories.
- Using the Quick Add feature in the card tree and with the help of card defaults, add sub-tasks to a card in no time.
