Reporting a bug is as simple as authoring a defect card. Once a card is created with details,
it is easy for a developer to pick it up and work on it. Using the comments field, the QA can keep track of the progress on the bug.
The number beside each point corresponds to the respectively numbered call-out.
Create a defect card
- Give a brief description of the bug in the name and a more detailed version in the description area.
- Make the card of the type "Defect" and enter the required properties.
Use card trees
- Configure a card tree, with the settings as shown.
- When a defect needs to be added to a card, simply use the quick add feature in the tree view (the plus sign at the bottom of a card). This is useful in keeping track of all the defects on a card tree.
