It is often useful to see all the stories involved in completing a feature. This can give BAs an idea of how much of the feature is complete and how much is left to be completed. Mingle’s card tree feature assists in such a feature break-down.
The number beside each point corresponds to the respectively numbered call-out.
Use card trees
- First create card types of "Story" and "Feature". Then create a new
card tree which is configured as shown above.
- Add cards to the card tree and track stories by features using the card tree view.
Use aggregates
- BAs can create Aggregate properties to roll up metrics from stories into features. This will give an idea of how much effort is remaining.
