Thanks very much for your detailed resolution. We have identified that there is an issue when users are used in either a favorite or a tab and then removed from the project. The favorite or tab should be updated but this is not happening. By adding the user back as you suggested you can access “Manage favorites and tabs”. If you require a ‘complete’ workaround and do want to remove the user from the team, you should delete all favorites or tabs that reference user properties and then remove the user from the team. If required you can then recreate the favorites or tabs.

This has been logged as a defect and we are planning to fix this issue. We will update the forums when a fix is available.

It would be worthwhile looking at the mingle.log file after you get the error. This should be within the folder where the application was installed, inside a folder called ‘log’. The error there may give you information as to what the problem is.
