I exported some cards from project A and them imported them into project B. It looks like the imported cards overwrote cards in project B that were numbered the same. I can see how to work around this for next time, but a word of warning in the Help files would be appropriate and helpful, especially since the Help gives this case as an example:

“You may wish to export cards when you want to:

move or copy a list of cards from one Mingle project to another”

Hi Nancy

This is expected behaviour as the card numbers are the identifiers for the cards. You can overcome this by importing the data with the card number column removed. In this case Mingle will automatically assigned card numbers for each of the new cards. As you suggested I have logged an issue to update the help text with this information.
