[candidate] Git support#396
Would be great to be able to have Git integration instead of Subversion! |
+1 Git |
+1 again on Git. One of the big reasons I didn’t use Git on my first Mingle project was that I wanted to take advantage of Mingle’s Subversion integration. |
+1 |
+1. I (and my workplace) uses git for all our development projects, and I like the idea of Mingle but unless it supports git, I simply can’t use it. |

Yes, big +1. |
+1 for git |
+1 |
+1 We’re aggressively switching our projects (and our clients projects!) to git and this would make Mingle an easier sell. |
+1 GIt. It’s taking over the world! |
+1 |
+2 at least! |

Watch this space as we expect to share something very soon… |

I posted a first-cut spike on git support for mingle on github. This should not be considered production ready – but is public and available for people to starting playing with. |
Is this a thoughtworks plugin being opened up or are we still waiting for Adam to share something? |

Hi Jake, Don’s post is what I was referring to. Our friends at Relevance have taken the first cut at the plugin which is now available for contributions on Github. Please feel free to contribute: http://github.com/donmullen/mingle_git/tree/master Cheers, |
