The rebuild history index is failing and displaying a message to contact the system admin. Is there a log reporting the problem?

Yes, there are log files. Take a look at ‘log’ directory inside of the base mingle install directory. You should see something in production.log for this error. If you find what looks like the corresponding error message, please forward to the Mingle support desk (support@thoughtworks.com)

(BTW, ignore any error messages showing ‘no route found to match ”/undefinedricoCommon.js”’ as this is just a warning and is not related to the problem you are seeing.)
