How can I delete cards that are part of a tree ?#827

In our project we regularly want to delete cards. The problem is that a card can’t be deleted when it belongs to a tree. Changing all tree-properties to ‘not set’ doesn’t seem to remove that card from the tree (the property dialog still says ‘this belongs to this tree’, although the associated property is ‘not set’). The only way to remove the card from the tree is to press the little ‘x’ next to the ‘this card belongs to this tree’ message. Is there a way to remove a card from a tree (for example by a transition ?) without having to manually press the ‘x’ ? For one card this is ok, but if you want to delete 10s of cards, this becomes very cumbersome. |

Hi Currently there is no way to delete cards in a tree without first removing them from the tree. We do understand that this is frustrating (http://studios.thoughtworks.com/discussion/forums/6/topics/634) and are looking into removing this restriction. - Suzie |
