If, for example, I have a “Release > Sprint > Story > Task” tree

The Story has state “New, In Progress, Done”
The Task has “Ready, In Development, In Test, Complete”

I’d like a transition that takes a story from “New” to “In Progress” and then takes all child tasks for the story to “Ready”

Is this possible?

Mingle doesn’t support cascading dependencies such as this yet but it is something we are considering doing in the future. Please see the feature request forum where discussions of such requirements are captured and ongoing.
