Jing (for Windows or Mac users): http://www.jingproject.com/

Using this approach I can create swf movie and embed it in Mingle.

The sites Adam suggests are to allow forum users to share images and videos with the Mingle team and each other as sadly our current forum doesn’t support them.

Mingle does support embedded images and videos.
